Growth Marketing Manager

We’re a fast-growing InsurTech that is in search of a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a growth mindset who can identify opportunities and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, and execute strategies to capitalize on
  • Manage existing marketing assets, including social media, website, platform UI / UX, and collateral
  • Analyze user data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging content that drives growth
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute campaigns
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive new user growth
  • Implement retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn
  • Utilize marketing automation and system transactions to drive user adoption

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention in a digital environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software, and social media advertising
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative thinker with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the SaaS industry or a tech startup environment
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of product-led growth strategies

Compensation:

  • This role will receive a competitive base salary, bonus, benefits, and options. The base salary range for US-based employees is $50,000-$500,000.
  • Various factors are considered when determining someone's leveling and compensation, including a candidate's professional background and experience.
