Job description
We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer for the no-code web development agency.
As CEO of Zeroqode you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the company and overseeing all aspects of its operations.

You will work closely with Zeroqode co-founders as well as with the project management and sales teams to help define and implement growth strategy of the company.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy (Marketing, Growth Hacking, Sales);
• Oversee day-to-day operations with Sales, PM and Web Development teams;
• Keep tight control over the costs, margins and other key financial metrics;
• Foster culture of excellence and collaboration in the company.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in the software development industry;
• Track record in Sales and Account Management;
• Strong understanding of project management particularly in project budgeting;
• Excellent negotiation skills, both internally and externally;
• Technical background and understanding of software development processes.
