About the position:
Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing manager for our Demand
Generation efforts for a fast growing SaaS company. This is a high-impact role, where you will
be responsible for driving growth and revenue through outbound across channels.
As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for coming up with both strategic
and tactical plans to deliver growth both in terms of revenue and brand value. The ideal
candidate should have experience in demand generation and a deep understanding of the sales
process.

**** Responsibilities:****
● Develop and drive business with Digital marketing strategies.
● Proficiency in Google Analytics and Search marketing
● DataDriven decision making
● Emailmarketing Metrics and Planning
● Workclosely with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and drive revenue.
● Usedata and analytics to measure and improve the performance of the demand
generation efforts.
● Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers and other
stakeholders.
● Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create
cohesive demand generation efforts
● Monitor industry trends and stay-up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
● Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.
● Internal Analysis- Distinctive Competencies & Competitive Advantage.
● Create and manage demand generation budget and forecasts
● Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics
such as lead, conversions and revenue.
● Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process
**** Requirements:****
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
● 2-3years of experience in demand generation or B2B/E-Commerce space.
● Experience in managing paid search campaigns, demand generation, email
marketing.
● Understanding of multiple customer flows and proficiency in marketing automation
&aCRMsoftware.
● Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven
decisions
● Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
● Excellent communication & collaboration skills
● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
● Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plu
