In the First Few Weeks:

• Gain a deep understanding of how growth projects operate at Pratilipi, including analytics, processes, and key stakeholders.
• Dive into our long-term growth vision—exploring the "why," "how," and "what" behind our strategies.

In the First Few Months:

• Take full ownership of scalable growth projects—manage and execute them from start to finish.
• Simultaneously upskill and refine your abilities to enhance your impact.

After Three Months:

• Design and shape the growth strategy in alignment with the product’s north star.
• Lead growth experiments with cross-functional teams, driving innovative initiatives.
• Execute fast, learn from failures, and grow through hands-on hustling.

Scope of Work:

Supply Side:

• Spearhead new author acquisition and optimize operational funnels.
• Build and scale the author community.
• Solve user issues and leverage them as opportunities for growth.
• Drive language-specific and category growth initiatives.

Demand Side:

• Drive significant growth in the user base.
• Enhance the user journey, converting new users into power users.

Process:

• Implement product-led growth to unlock scale.
• Foster brand and app collaborations to supercharge growth.
• Develop and execute on performance marketing, influencer marketing, event marketing, and community-building strategies.
