Position: Business Analyst (BA)

Job Description:
Are you passionate about understanding business needs and translating them into actionable solutions? We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our core team. As a BA at Zelthy, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and ensure that our platform meets the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, develop, document, write, and validate business needs and requirements.
• Analysis and Documentation: Analyze workflows, processes, and data to support requirements. Create detailed business documentation.
• Solution Design: Work with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications that leverage the core functionalities of the Zelthy Platform.
• Project Support: Participate in all phases of agile software development, including initiation, design, development, and testing.
• User Acceptance Testing: Lead UAT focus group sessions to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Issue Resolution: Discuss and resolve business, data, and process issues within teams and across stakeholders.
• Communication: Synthesize and communicate results to the team and project leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven projects. Experience in healthcare software development or a related field is a plus.
MBA desired

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to create detailed documentation and specifications.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Visio, and Excel.
• Understanding of agile software development lifecycle.
