**Role Summary

**Responsibilities

Core Functions

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making, including areas such as financial performance, operational efficiency, and market trends.
2. Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior, aiding in the identification of growth opportunities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks in business processes and recommend improvements to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
5. Document business processes, procedures, and best practices, ensuring all relevant information is up to date.
6. Assist in various business projects, helping define scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
7. Support other departments, including operations, marketing, and finance, with data analysis and interpretation to meet their business needs.
