Job Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub, etc to ensure maximum visibility and sales conversion.
- Implement advanced on-page optimization techniques, including keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and product descriptions, to improve search rankings and click-through rates.
- Develop and execute strategic pricing and promotion strategies to increase competitiveness and drive sales velocity on marketplaces.
- Monitor and analyze competitor pricing, product assortment, and customer reviews to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace landscape.
- Utilize Amazon Advertising and Flipkart Ads platforms to create and manage sponsored product campaigns, sponsored brand campaigns, and display advertising campaigns.
- Optimize advertising campaigns for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) and adjust bidding strategies based on performance metrics such as ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) and CTR (Click-Through Rate).
- Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting using data analytics tools such as Seller Central reports, Flipkart Seller Hub analytics, and third-party analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of marketplace strategies with overall business operations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and policy changes on Amazon and Flipkart, and implement proactive measures to adapt to changes and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, e-commerce, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy)
- Familiarity with the jewelry industry or luxury goods
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies
- Excellent analytical skills for tracking and optimizing sales performance
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and strategies
- Expertise in e-commerce tools and software (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce)
- Ability to create and manage high-quality product listings
- Proficiency in using Excel or other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
