Data Analyst - Power BI, NetSuite, Salesforce

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Power BI: Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI. Develop and optimize Power Query and DAX expressions.
• BI Tools: Utilize various Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, QlikView, or similar for data visualization and insights.
• NetSuite: Manage and analyze data within NetSuite, leveraging workflows, saved searches, and custom reports.
• NetSuite Connectors: Integrate and synchronize NetSuite data with other systems, including Power BI and Salesforce.
• Salesforce: Extract and analyze Salesforce data for reporting and business insights.
• Data Cleaning & Transformation: Perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation to prepare datasets for analysis.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• SQL & Databases: Query databases to extract, analyze, and interpret data efficiently.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop automated data workflows and scripts to improve data processing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to understand data requirements and provide meaningful insights.
• Data Integration: Ensure smooth data flow between different platforms, including Salesforce and NetSuite.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Power BI and other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.).
• Strong understanding of NetSuite and NetSuite connectors for data analysis.
• Experience in Salesforce data extraction and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
• Knowledge of data integration and APIs (NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills to explain data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ETL processes and data transformation tools is a plus.
