Sales Trainee

**Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on sales performance.
• Manage and coach the sales team.
• Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans.
• Build a sales pipeline for new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in technical sales.
• Previous industry experience.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 2-3 years of experience in area sales are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have their own vehicle.
• Willing to work from office.
• Must outperform given targets.
• Will go through a 2-6 month training cycle before being considered for a managerial position.
• Must go through 2 rounds of interviews.
