Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Strategy: Work with our founding team to develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with Full’s mission and business objectives.
  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, mentoring and guiding our VP of Sales and Account Executives to achieve sales targets and company goals.
  • Market Penetration: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, leveraging industry insights and trends to drive growth, with a specific focus on governmental and third-party revenue sources.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential partner organizations, including food banks and local, state and federal organizations.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, supporting our VP of Sales to supply regular reports to the executive team and Board.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for revenue initiatives.

  • Revenue Optimization: Drive revenue optimization through effective sales management, deal negotiation, and closing high-value contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, non-profit funding, or obtaining state and or federal government contracts.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective revenue strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Passion for social impact and a commitment to combating food insecurity.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales performance analytics.

Why Join Full? You’ll…

  • Make a meaningful impact on food insecurity and support communities in need.
  • Lead innovation in a greenfield SaaS market that impacts 40M+ Americans.
  • Work with a passionate and dedicated team committed to making a difference.
  • Opportunity for career growth and development within a mission-driven organization.
  • Join a venture-backed founding team that’s positioning for hyperbolic growth.

About Full:

Nearly 1 in 8 Americans face food insecurity. That means everyday, friends and neighbors must choose between eating less or leaving other bills unpaid. Unfortunately, many of the organizations that address this need still operate with pen and paper, with no quality modern tools at their disposal (existing tools are archaic and cumbersome).

That’s where Full comes in.

We’ve developed the first modern pantry management tool, helping streamline operations and reduce the workload for administrators & their volunteers. Our platform helps feed more people faster and with less work. At our flagship partner, we increased food distribution by over 150%, resulting in an additional ~150,000 Oregonians fed in the last 3 years.

If you’re a results-driven sales leader with a passion for making a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now to join the Full team and help us in our mission to combat hunger with innovative technology.
