Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be academically oriented, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be adept at building and maintaining relationships with affluent business owners. As an Account Executive at Lightyear Strategies, you will have the unique opportunity to engage directly with some of the leading business owners in the USA, with meetings automatically booked for you. You will also gain hands-on experience with advanced sales technologies and work closely with our clients to develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. -Conduct interviews with leading business owners and thought leaders. -Utilize sales technologies such as HubSpot, SalesLoft, Lusha, and Crunchbase. -Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities. -Conduct initial client consultations to understand their PR needs and objectives. -Craft personalized proposals and pitch decks to present to prospective clients. -Negotiate contracts and agreements with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. -Track and manage all sales activities using CRM software to maintain accurate records of interactions and progress. -Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the sales funnel.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
-Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in an agency setting.
-Strong understanding of media relations and digital PR strategies.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and media contacts.
-Proficiency in using sales technologies such as HubSpot, SalesLoft, Lusha, and Crunchbase.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
