The Job

We are seeking mission-driven Account Executive who wants to work on the cutting edge of digital health technology. The Account Executive is a direct quota-carrying sales professional responsible for developing strong relationships and expanding and growing the Company’s market share and presence through the execution of business, value-driven sales activities.

Role and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and expand the customer base.
  • Proactively work leads and qualify prospects within the target markets to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage the effective and rapid movement of leads through the sales process, including: qualification of prospects; assessment of potential customer needs; presentation of Company solutions and expeditious closing of business.
  • Conduct thorough account reviews to understand clients' unique needs, challenges, and goals and propose tailored solutions to address them effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements and developments in digital health through conferences, online education, industry relationships and other means.

Desired experience

  • You embody a healthy lifestyle and want to bring your sales skills to the table to help others achieve the same.
  • You have 3-5 years sales experience in healthcare (Functional & Integrative, Concierge, and Longevity Medicine and BioHacking space).
  • You have a proven track record in sales or account management.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to establish rapport based on professionalism and active listening skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where you can set your own direction and your own schedule
  • You are comfortable working in a remote-first organization (we live and die on Slack, Zoom, SFDC, and Jira…)
  • You love testing out the latest and greatest digital health tech. You own one or more sophisticated wearables (Oura, Biostrap, Whoop etc.) and you regularly engage in novel experiments to try and optimize your own health and performance.
