About the role:
We are looking for a Product Intern to help our product team gather insights and aid data backed decision making. As a part of the product team, you would be collectively responsible for gathering product feedback, quantifying impact to prioritize feature releases and setting up an evaluation framework to track key platform metrics. In this role your key responsibilities would include
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Ideating and setting up appropriate evaluation framework to track key platform metrics
- Helping PMs identify platform gaps through careful analysis
- Developing and Testing product hypothesis through meaningful statistical tests and generating insights with direct impact on the product roadmap
- Developing and presenting captivating stories to explain trends through careful analysis, directly feeding into product vision and strategy
Our Requirements:
· Ability to work with large datasets and take a formalized statistical approach to solve real-world problems. Hands on experience with R or Python is a plus.
· Exceptional problem-solving skills – ability to structure thoughts and approach to arrive at solutions to open ended problem statements.
· An innate understanding and ability to read and understand data and tie it back to business and platform knowledge
· Good written and communication skill with strong business acumen.
· Ability to multi-task and work on a diverse range of requirements simultaneously.
· A curious mind always looking to learn, understand and grow in a fast-paced environment.
