Learn How a Startup Is Built

This isn't your typical internship.

You'll work directly with the founder, helping keep the business moving. Some days you'll coordinate meetings, research competitors, organize projects, speak with customers, or help improve internal processes. Other days you'll jump into completely new challenges that no one has solved before.

If you're looking for a role with a fixed list of responsibilities, this probably isn't it.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the founder on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Help prioritize, organize, and track projects across different teams.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.
• Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure things don't fall through the cracks.
• Document processes and improve operational workflows.
• Assist with customer onboarding, vendor coordination, and internal operations.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents.
• Help with hiring, partnerships, events, and other cross-functional projects as needed.
• Take ownership of special projects from idea to execution.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need prior work experience.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
• Loves solving problems and figuring things out independently.
• Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Can manage multiple priorities without constant supervision.
• Is curious about startups, AI, technology, and business.
• Is comfortable using spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and productivity tools.
• Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do.
• Learns quickly and adapts to changing priorities.

Bonus Points If You

• Have led college clubs, events, or student organizations.
• Have completed internships or freelance projects.
• Are comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve productivity.
• Enjoy reading about startups, business, technology, or AI.
• Have basic knowledge of legal, compliance, or business concepts (not required).
