Senior project manager/team lead (graphic design, web design, front-end development)

DesignTork provides graphic design, web design, and front-end development services based on a monthly subscription model. We're looking for a new senior project manager and team lead to join our team.

As a Senior Project Manager / Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion, making sure they are delivered on time and as specified clients' requirements. You will lead a team of designers and developers, providing guidance, support, and motivation. Your expertise in project management and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams will be critical to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, web designers, and front-end developers.
Plan, execute, and finalize projects on a fast-paced turnaround.
Collaborate and communicate with clients daily
Drive recurring team meetings
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of projects with clients

Qualifications:

Excellent level of English, spoken and written
Proven experience in project management in the fields of graphic design, web design, and front-end development.
Experience in managing remote teams and distributed work environments.
Solid technical understanding of front-end development technologies and platforms like WordPress.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
