Job Description:
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven SaaS Sales specialist to join our growing sales team, which provides Digital Analytics solutions to digital-first Businesses.
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into new clients. You'll work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn and email) and partner with pre-sales to plan workshops and generate demand for our product offerings.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for selling technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
Sales Opportunity Creation, Nurturing and Conversion
Research and identify potential customers in target markets using various tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, online directories, and web searches.
Reach out to potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and other communication tools.
Experiment, test, analyze and improve the prospecting and qualification tactics. Strive to continuously improve your sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
Lead workshops, demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) with potential customers to understand their needs and assess whether they fit the product well.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
Domain Knowledge
Knowledge of digital data from diverse sources (websites and mobile applications) to understand consumer behavior and suggest an effective tech stack.
Understanding of industry best practices for
Acquisition: Multi-touch campaigns, Marketing channels & strategies (i.e., Paid vs. organic users, UTM parameters and their meaning, etc.),
Retention: Collating information from multiple tools(CRMs, CDPs, email automation tools, in-app guidance tools) and apply them to extract valuable insights.
Customer Satisfaction: Understand the gaps in the user journey and help optimize it.
People Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve consistent growth through strategic recruitment, training, and coaching
Provide regular performance feedback to team members and develop strategies to improve performance.
With minimal guidance, plan and prioritize own/ delegated tasks and activities for best efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with customers at all levels of the organization.
Working knowledge of one of the digital analytics platforms: Adobe Analytics, MixPanel, Heap Analytics, Amplitude, CleverTap, MoEngage, Pando Analytics, and WebEngage.
ETL & BI Tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the B2B Tech SAAS (Enterprise segment) and understanding of the sales process
Bonus: Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools and Business Analytics.
