About the job

Position Summary:
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Associate at Mitigata. As a Business Development Associate, your day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, market research, In-person meetings and communication. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, including market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Conduct cold calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our services/products, understand their needs, and generate interest.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and engage with leads through follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions, feedback, and progress with leads.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to gather contacts and increase company visibility.
  • Report on weekly achievements, challenges, and future plans in lead generation efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience of in lead generation and cold calling, preferably in the insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should be ready for in-person meetings and travel as well
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Insurance.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Bilingual abilities.
