Position Summary:
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Associate at Mitigata. As a Business Development Associate, your day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, market research, In-person meetings and communication. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, including market research and identifying potential clients.
- Conduct cold calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our services/products, understand their needs, and generate interest.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and engage with leads through follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, feedback, and progress with leads.
- Participate in industry conferences and networking events to gather contacts and increase company visibility.
- Report on weekly achievements, challenges, and future plans in lead generation efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience of in lead generation and cold calling, preferably in the insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Should be ready for in-person meetings and travel as well
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Insurance.
- Experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Bilingual abilities.
