What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Product Manager to take over ownership of our eCommerce/retail product from our CEO. You will join us in creating the next generation of our over-the-phone voice assistant. You will be managing features and updates of our core voice product and assisting in the strategic vision/planning for company product initiatives. It is essential to possess the drive and motivation to make an impact at all levels of the business.

At Flip, you'll create user experiences, features, and oversee whole segments of the Flip assistant. You'll also get into the data, listen to our customers, and help shape the direction of the product.

Who You Are, As A Product Manager

• You care about the customer
• 2+ years of product management (or data/engineering) experience on small teams (<5 people)
• Excited to continue delivering our WEEKLY product releases (https://flipcx.com/product-releases/)
• Comfortable meeting with customers, setting priorities, making specs, helping with QA, and assisting product marketing
