Backend Developer - Ruby on Rails

We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Ruby on Rails, with additional knowledge of Python/Django. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications, integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate these issues
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in back-end development
• Proficient in Ruby on Rails and Python/Django
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
