About the job

Position Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Representative at our AI-based SaaS product startup, you will be instrumental in driving business development initiatives by generating leads, nurturing relationships, and promoting our innovative solutions. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and shaping the future success of the company. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, lead nurturing, ideal customer research, tele-calling, email and WhatsApp follow-ups, and more, with a focus on driving growth and establishing our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted research, leveraging AI-driven tools and platforms to identify prospects most likely to benefit from our SaaS product.
    Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract new customers and drive sales opportunities.

  • Lead Nurturing: Build strong relationships with leads through personalized communication, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
    Guide leads through the sales funnel, delivering value at each stage to facilitate conversion and long-term customer success.

  • Ideal Customer Research: Conduct comprehensive research to understand the market landscape, including industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
    Utilize AI-based analytics and insights to identify ideal customer profiles and refine targeting strategies.

  • Tele-calling: Proactively reach out to prospects via phone calls, engaging in consultative conversations to articulate the value proposition of our SaaS product and address customer inquiries.
    Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for interested leads, coordinating closely with the sales team to drive conversions.

  • Email and WhatsApp Follow-ups: Craft compelling email and WhatsApp messages to follow up with leads, provide additional information, and nurture relationships over time.
    Utilize AI-powered automation tools to streamline follow-up processes and maintain consistent communication with leads.

  • Collaboration and Business Development: Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives and growth targets.
    Provide valuable insights and feedback based on market research and customer interactions to inform product development and marketing efforts.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generation, leveraging AI-based analytics tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing sales and marketing activities, outcomes, and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI and SaaS products, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach, demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing platforms, and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment, with a passion for innovation and driving positive change.
