Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced HR-Generalist to lead our Human Resources function, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment, talent development, and succession planning.
Employee Engagement and Retention: Foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and reduce turnover.
Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
SOP’s & Policies : Set & Implement HR Policies for employees & also SOP’s for various HR Tasks.
HR Operations: Oversee HR processes, including benefits, compensation, and employee relations.

8.Training & Development: Build modules for continuous Training & Development of employees.
