As a Market Research Analyst internpreneur, you will have the distinct privilege of engaging in collaborative efforts with our esteemed support team. Your pivotal role will involve actively contributing to the strategic expansion initiatives of our platform, thereby enhancing its market presence and efficacy.
*Responsibilities: *
- Utilize advanced research techniques to comprehensively understand the use cases of our customers by analyzing their websites and social media channels.
- Proactively monitor and assess customer engagement and usage patterns through various Customer Success Management (CSM) tools.
- Identify growth opportunities based on customer needs and usage data.
- Manage databases and spreadsheets proficiently to organize, analyze, and derive actionable insights from customer-related data, facilitating data-driven decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for market research and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
