Deal Operations Managers play a major role in the fundraising process. They build and manage outreach pipelines and provide strategic insights gained from working intimately with all aspects of the deal. They are resourceful, comfortable working across different platforms and tools, and diligently upkeep processes to help close investors for our customers. They operate in-step with deal teams to help create, launch, and manage fundraising campaigns from start to close.
As a Deal Operations Manager you will apply and develop your operational know-how in dynamic startup and fundraising ecosystems.

What will you be doing?
- Implement and manage strategic investor pipelines composed of venture capital firms, angel investors, high-net-worth individuals, CEOs, and other key players
- Set up and AB test automated email & LinkedIn outreach campaigns to investor audiences
- Keep a regular pulse on communications, tracking leads as they move through the pipeline and providing meaningful, data-driven insights to inform fundraising strategy
- Monitor KPI metrics and generate reports regularly for customer campaigns
- Understand unique customer profiles, raise details, and tools available to set campaigns up for success, and work with team to optimize performance along the way
- Collaborate with deal team, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and own ad hoc projects to help drive each round to a successful close
- Lead all operational initiatives and take ownership of campaign performance
- Participate in customer calls with CEOs/founders and their teams as needed
- Support team and participate in internal growth and business development initiatives as needed
What are we looking for?
- 3-5 years of operations experience, preferably within sales and/or business development
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly motivated, resourceful individual capable of working in fast-paced, unstructured environments and delivering innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-player with a can-do attitude
- Highly responsive and diligent on Slack and with emails, promptly replying to all internal and external client communications and requests
- Must be proficient in Google Sheets/Docs/Slides or Excel/Word/Powerpoint
- Comfort with spreadsheets is a MUST. Experience with automation and sales tools a plus
