About the role:
We're thrilled to welcome a full-time Senior Content Designer/Copywriter to join us in overseeing external communications, language, and tone across our network of clinics. This role requires a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under tight deadlines and across multiple healthcare networks and/or clinics. Ensuring the public knows when and how to engage with us, be it through our apps or on the web, is crucial. We aim to empower individuals to manage their health actively. Additionally, we seek someone to contribute to infusing our brand seamlessly into every online interaction—be it through marketing, CRM, or social platforms. Your input will be invaluable in achieving this goal.
What you'll be doing:
- Create and manage language across brand, product, CRM and marketing channels (app, product positioning documents, web, ads, marketing funnels, email, push notifications and video)
- Auditing all communications as the steward of consistent brand voice and tone, being mindful of legal best practices and overseeing any translation where appropriate.
- Partner with designers to collaborate on top tier creative work
- Lead language testing to improve web metrics and driving users into the funnel
- Collaborate with other creatives to develop a “best in class” brand identity guides
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of professional experience in copywriting (agency or in-house) with a focus on web, product and and marketing copy
- Healthcare experience is a must for this one! The more the better.
- Outstanding attention to detail, as well as top notch organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a start-up environment – you can deal with a bit of ambiguity and you’re open to jumping in whenever and wherever
- An analytic mind with unparalleled communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts in a concise and compelling manner
- Experience with A/B testing, analyzing campaign metrics and learning from them
- Ability to digest and incorporate feedback to meet the needs of different users, stakeholders, and products
- User-focused mentality and UX experience a plus
- Experience with Figma and Google Suite
- This role will be a hybrid role, coming into the NYC office Tuesday-Thursday
