Senior Customer Relationship Executive

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
• Ensure all client documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Gather client feedback to understand their experiences and preferences, and provide insights to internal teams for service improvement.
• Stay informed about new financial products, services, and technologies through ongoing training and professional development activities.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) in customer service, sales, or relationship management, preferably from the finance industry in B2C environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in client documentation and transactions.
