Role - Senior Manager - Online Sales
Location - Delhi (South Delhi)
Report to - Founders

Job Brief:
We are looking for senior person who will be leading the Online sales team for multiple brands. The individual will be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensure the team is utilised full as per the capacity. Individuals will be working with founders directly to curate new stratgy for better sales results and ROI for our clients.

Develop Innovative Sales Opportunities:
Finding new ways to build and grow online sales is a primary task for an online sales Head. He/She needs to work with their team to find new ways to promote products and clients.Work with Clients to Establish Goals:
Individual needs to develop positive client relationships and work closely with clients to establish sales goals and implement a strategy that meets their requirements. Also ensures that company and clients are following contract terms.Make Sales Forecasts :
Incumbents required to observe past sales trends and market trends to develop sales forecasts, which they use to build effective strategies.Lead the team:
Work with team members to help them adapt to new trends. Understand their utilisation and equally divide the work in the team to full capacity of the team.Incentive Plan:
Individual needs to create and cascade incentive plans to achieve marketing goals. This will help team to motivate andCreate Sales Reports:
He/She needs to produce regular weekly/monthly reports to highlight successes and failures and to showcase areas for improvement.Train & Hire Staff:
Sales Head requires to take part in building and training his/her team. This involves hiring and training new and existing staff on the latest sales techniques, online trends, and software. They also ensure that all members of the sales team comply with company policies, procedures, and business regulations.This includes monitoring sales queries, and any follow-up activities that may occur after a
campaign has run.

Extremely results-oriented, creative, and Leadership skills with strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and storytelling to engage users
An eye for creative design and visual storytelling.
Prior experience in similar role and industry
PG in Fashion / Luxury Brand Management
