Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and proficient Sr. Associate - Product Delivery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have responsibility for covering a business area, developing a deep understanding of the ESG solution, and working with clients/stakeholders in developing/implementing solutions using data that provide value to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee client onboarding into a SaaS-based ESG solution, managing kickoff, requirement
- gathering, configuration, coordination with internal teams and clients, data migration, data
- validation, dashboard and report setup, internal user acceptance testing, user onboarding,
- training, and support, while adhering to turnaround times for deployment and providing
- regular status updates to clients and stakeholders with clear communication.
- Contribute to product enhancement, issue resolution, and process improvements based on
- client feedback and internal analysis.
- Support internal training and team development initiatives.
- Assist the Customer Success team in managing post-go-live queries from clients.
- Provide support to the Research & Product team as needed.
- Support the team in delivery and other tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Client/Stakeholder Management and Project
- Management, preferably in consulting or similar environments.
- ESG Content Knowledge, Supply Chain/Value Chain Management, and Enterprise Risk
- Management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective decision-making, negotiating, and influencing abilities.
