Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer (FE initial focus)

We're coming out of stealth in the next few months and are currently looking for an experienced fullstack engineer to help us build a multi-tenant "XRM" used by private equity, recruiting, wealth management and other relationship-driven industries.

We're looking for a frontend engineer that can take ownership of our frontend UI. We are in the middle of a redesign, and need someone to help us take our figma design and implement it, while maintaining current app functionality. Our chosen stack (NextJS + Tailwind + Shadcn) with our testing setup (Jest + Storybook) will requires someone with deep knowledge of these technologies, some of which you will be tested on during the interview process. Our ideal candidate will also understand the importance of writing tests and maintaining a component structure that makes it easy to ship and fix issues.

Initially the role will involve 90% frontend and 10% backend, and as we near completion of the UI redesign, will likely move into a 50/50 split between backend and frontend.

Frontend tech stack - NextJS, Typescript, Jest, Shadcn, Storybook
Backend tech stack - Quart, Celery, AWS CloudFormation on CDK, ECS, PostgreSQL and a mix of AWS Lambda and DynamoDB for our older tech stack.
