NLP Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI NLP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently and possess a strong background in building AI/DL models from scratch. The candidate should also have experience working on various LLM models and be able to code relevant research papers independently.

Responsibilities:
Work independently to build AI/DL models from scratch
Work on various LLM models
Code relevant research papers independently
Utilize natural language processing techniques for information extraction, classification, summarization, segmentation, and language modelling
Hands-on experience with text generation and NLG
Proficiency in Python libraries such as numpy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, etc.
Training and optimization of DL models

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in software development
2+ years of experience in natural language processing and machine learning/deep learning
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with NLP techniques and methodologies
Proficient in Python programming language
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Programming Knowledge:
Excellent knowledge in Python language.
Working knowledge in OOP, DB ORM, SQL, Rest APIs, Backend etc
Working knowledge in Linux, Docker, Web servers etc
Machine Learning Experience:
Working knowledge with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or Tensorflow.
Experience in using PyData ecosystem like Numpy, Pandas.
Working knowledge in data preprocessing, analysis, data preparation, vectorization.
Working knowledge in statistical & deep learning model building, finetuning, optimization, evaluation.

NLP Experience:
Knowledge of text preprocessing, vectorization and word embeddings.
Classical NLP modeling techniques like RNN, LSTM, GRU, Seq2Seq models.
Deep understanding and working experience in training & using Attention, Transformers, Encoder, Decoder models
from scratch.
Ability to use transformer models like Bert, Roberta, GPT, T5
Must have experience of evaluating and optimization of NLP models

Good to have
Good to have experience in Autonomous Agent development
Good to have the knowledge of setting up, finetuning open models like LLaMa2, Falcon etc.
Good to have the knowledge of latest LLM tools like Langchain, OpenAI APIs and functions.
Ability to create LLM chains, working with agents, use tools with LLMs / agents.
