Search Engine Optimization Specialist

The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client sites for areas needing improvement
• Conduct backlink analysis and devise link-building strategies
• Develop and implement effective off-page SEO strategies to drive organic growth
• Report on performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Create and launch campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices
• Improve clients 'rank' in major search engines
• Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structure, to improve organic search rankings
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in both organic and paid search
• Develop and implement link building strategies to improve website authority and backlink profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• 3+ years' proven working experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist or similar role
• Expertise in SEO tools and analytics platforms
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of all search engines and functions as well as marketing
• Experience with website optimization techniques, including on-page and off-page optimization
