Internship details
Stipend: 10,000 per month
Duration: 3 Months
Type: This is a full-time internship opportunity. You will be working from our Chennai office and a job offer will be rolled based on your performance.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in onboarding new customers, including product training, setting up accounts, and guiding them through the initial implementation phase. Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from the very beginning.
- Provide timely and effective customer support through email, chat, and phone. Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues, answering product-related questions, and resolving any challenges they may encounter.
- Assist customers with their campaign strategies based on their preferences, requirements, and any specific details.
- Collaborate with the customers to understand their goals, business and audience and support them with their email marketing efforts.
- Monitor metrics regularly and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth.
