Forward was founded in 2022 to help eCommerce businesses and D2C brands own their relationship with their customers. We truly believe in empowering the little guy with the right tools to build stronger customer relationships, create meaningful interactions, and grow like crazy!

We are a team of 12 engineers, marketers, and sales folks located across India. We’re headquartered in the US (so you can tell that nosy aunty proudly you work in an American Company). We have an office in Chennai if you are into WFO.

We’re backed by a group early-stage VCs and we’re rapidly growing.
