We're hiring an experienced App User Acquisition Specialist (Remote) full-time to join Appvertiser which is on a fast-pacing growth! Mobile-first experiences is a MUST!
• Manage all user acquisition campaigns for different clients and diversify the buying mix through different channels.
• Set strategy for new user acquisition and re-engagement and execute
• Test new and emerging channels such as TikTok Ads, Moloco, ASA, Unity.
• Optimize daily performance by looking at ROAS and CAC across all channels.
• Create long- and short-term projections and clearly communicate to clients the objectives.
• Optimize creative performance and run constant A/B testing to improve the conversion rates.
• Constantly search and test new channels and onboarding them through the MMP platform.
• Understand the impact of App Store Optimization (ASO) on ranking and conversion metrics of the title and set a strategy to drive results
• Create weekly reports of the performance and share with the client the results and next steps.
• Constant communication and nurturing of the clients.
• Constant market & competitive research to find out the latest UA trends in the market.
Background
- 1-to 2 years in a User Acquisition or Growth Marketing role for app developers is a MUST!
- Hands-on experience in running ads through Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, TikTok Ads Manager, Video Networks (AppLovin, Unity Ads), and DSPs (Moloco, Mintegral).
- Strong analytical skills and interest in mobile marketing.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A good understanding of Mobile Attribution.
- A good understanding of creative impact on performance
- A good understanding of App Store Optimization is a plus.
