Are you passionate about social media advertising and ready to take your skills to the next level? Do you have a knack for lead generation and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively?The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing digital marketing strategies with a focus on paid media campaigns. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and also with our medical clients to drive a positive user experience while aligning with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to social media and search engines.
Content Development: Develop and produce content for paid media campaigns, ensuring it aligns with project goals and target audience segments.
Audience Targeting: Tailor messaging and content to different audience segments, with a specific focus on medical topics and healthcare professionals.
Campaign Reporting: Generate campaign reports, analyze data, and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and our cross-functional team to achieve project objectives and maintain consistent messaging.
Digital Content Management: Ensure digital content meets established guidelines, policies, and styles.
Lead Generation: Your primary focus will be to generate leads for our company, with a priority on securing new clients for our social ads department.
Social Media Advertising Services: You will assist in delivering social media advertising services to our clients, helping them achieve their marketing goals.
Project Management: Work closely with the marketing team to manage multiple accounts, ensuring seamless execution of advertising campaigns. Assign writing tasks, and review/approve work to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Continuous Learning: Dedicate yourself to professional growth by acquiring valuable skills in project management, video editing, and other relevant areas. We're committed to providing you with the necessary training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
Fluent in English.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or related field.
2+ years of previous experience in social media advertising or digital marketing.
Proficiency in lead generation techniques and account management.
Experiencie creating and analyzing Looker Studio Report
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and advertising strategies.
Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency with relevant technology and software, including content management systems and Google Workspace.
Professional work ethic and a team player
Google Ads certification is a plus
