This Account Manager position provides an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and manage customer deployments from start to finish. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with customers and internal teams, and will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving account growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage the entire project life cycle, from kick-off to delivery.
- Understand customer needs and provide strategic guidance to achieve their goals using Sherlock's powerful marketing platform.
- Create project plans and manage timelines to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Manage project budgets and billing, ensuring that clients are invoiced accurately and timely.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Leverage data analytics to provide insights to clients and inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal teams and facilitate meetings as needed.
- Anticipate and proactively address potential issues or challenges that may impact project delivery or client satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and services to improve client satisfaction and overall account performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or a related field.
- Experience managing customer relationships in the marketing or technology industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively address potential issues or challenges.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Sherlock platform or similar marketing technology is a plus.
