Job Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of accounts, developing strategic plans, and working closely with internal teams to deliver on client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals and drive growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and discuss future plans.
Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients and senior management.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to provide clients with informed advice and solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CRM software, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Preferred:
Experience in Social Media, SEO, PPC, Website Development, Performance Marketing, etc
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Certification in Digital Marketing or Account Management.
