What do you get to do here?

• As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work closely with the founders to identify new business opportunities, evaluate their potential, and develop actionable plans to pursue them.
• You will lead the research and analysis of markets, competitors, and trends to identify untapped potential and new growth areas.
• Take ownership of specific projects and initiatives from ideation to execution, working with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
• You will be acting as a thought partner and collaborator to inspire, challenge, and support the leadership team in strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their needs, and behaviors, and use this knowledge to drive product innovation and improvement.
• Help to cultivate and maintain a strong culture of entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation across the organization.

Key Requirements -

• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new ventures or initiatives, preferably in the tech or startup space.
• Strong analytical skills and experience conducting market research and analysis. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams.
• Passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, with a natural curiosity and desire to learn and explore new ideas.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, with a results-driven mindset and a bias for action.
