About the job
We are hiring Customer Service Representative, or CSR (For Website Services), who can join immediately and will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to plan and execute website redesigns or new builds.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies to inform and improve website design and functionality.
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Providing training and support for clients to help them manage their websites effectively.
• Communicating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
• Providing ongoing maintenance and updates to websites as needed.
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines.
• Advising clients on strategies to improve the performance and user experience of their websites.
Prerequisites:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good English communication (Written & Oral) is a must.
• Previous experience of working with a BPO will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience of working with websites would be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From ₹18,000.00 per month with attractive incentives.
Benefits: Provident Fund and ESI
Timings: Monday to Friday – 5:00 AM- 2:00 PM
