We at TechBulls, know that the key to growth is a high performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Business development executives (BDE's) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our outsourced product development services. He/she would be responsible for helping the outbound sales activity within the company to prospect for new clients in targeted markets. The role requires a focus on account list building filtered on ideal customer profile criteria. The person will be responsible for creating a target list of accounts and prospects using various sales tools as well as based on primary data research and analysis. The role also includes driving outreach activity via sales tools, managing email marketing campaigns, monitoring and drafting new campaigns, LinkedIn outreach as well as reporting and working closely with the sales leadership team to ensure that Go-To-Market programs are successful.
The person will be tagged with a Business Development Manager, where there will be joint accountability to deliver on quota and new business growth. Their primary responsibility will be lead generation and appointment setting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build Target Account lists and contacts using Sales Tools
Conduct outreach campaigns through Email Automation Tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Conduct Primary research on the Target accounts and filter based on pre-defined criteria
Unearth the pain points/ challenges of the prospect
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects via nurturing campaigns
Trigger the 1st wave of communication to convert cold prospects into interested parties
Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition using email/ LinkedIn
Leverage & update the CRM with relevant information
What type of Candidates are we looking for:
Min. Two years of relevant sales experience within 6 months of SDR Experience (Must Have) --- Candidates above 5 years of experience are not desired for this role.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
Experience of working with a CRM
Fair understanding of Sales Metrics
Exposure to working in mid-sized start-ups (Preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have)
Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail
