Responsibilities
Research our market's consumer preferences and then target and segment our customers effectively based on this research
Responsible for content and communications strategy; and tone and manner of content
Responsible for social presence, online and offline ad campaigns; Organic brand traffic
Responsible for all communications w.r.t. customers (across channels/inbound/outbound) and PR/Media; and to ensure fit with brand identity
Be a brand evangelist inside and outside the organization. Represent the company in conferences and events. Lead webinars and other customer events.
Build and lead a high performance marketing team; and manage external agencies, influencers, freelancers etc.
Requirements
5+ yrs of Marketing experience in B2C consumer facing product
Prior track record of scaling customer acquisition
This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, ability to do user research to create compelling consumer narratives.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Numbers driven mindset - get behind the numbers to understand what they mean Hands-on approach and a willingness to roll-up one's sleeves and get the job done
Ability to work independently and drive product with minimal direction
Thrive in a start-up environment: love dealing with pace, changing needs, and limited resources; high agency
Knowledge of SEO / content algos of social media sites
Preferred: Prior b2c wealth tech marketing experience
Preferred: Public speaking comfort / experience
