WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Journalism & Editorial Intern. If you are looking for editorial experience, you want to polish up your writing skills for a media platform, would like to gain insight into the editorial process of a news team and you are passionate about news topics related to the SDGs, this is the role for you!

WHAT WILL YOU DO
You will work closely with the Editorial team, attending weekly editorial meetings and writing weekly articles or news pieces for the Impakter media site.

The focus is for you to understand and work in 3 key roles for a media outlet: journalist, columnist and editor.

This is an opportunity to participate in the editorial life of the news outlet, and to receive editorial training of the highest level.

YOUR PROJECT

1. Journalist: you will learn to write about breaking news
2. Columnist role: here you will get the opportunity to write long form article based on data and well researched sources
3. Editor: You will have the opportunity to build a portfolio of articles and news pieces edited by the Impakter editorial team.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN
You will learn how to use all the tools and instruments that the tech and social media world require from you: communication, execution, PR, and marketing.

WHAT YOU WILL FINISH WITH
Upon successful completion of the internship, you will be provided a letter of recommendation.

You need to focus on your own goal: a well rounded editorial portfolio and set of skills.
