GTM Engineer

The Cirqle is the Performance OS for Influencer Marketing. We help brands like Crocs, Rent the Runway, Amazon, and L’Oréal turn creators into revenue drivers. With our first-party data, RoAS forecasting, and deep integrations with Shopify, Meta, and TikTok, we’ve built a platform that powers performance teams, not just brand marketers.

Now we’re looking for a GTM Engineer to supercharge our growth engine.

What You’ll Do
You’ll own the technical backbone of our GTM motion. This is not just a marketing ops role. You’ll build the automation, data infrastructure, and tooling that drive revenue, from lead to activation to expansion. You'll be responsible for driving results, first and foremost.

Expect to:
• Architect and manage GTM workflows using tools like n8n, Clay, Airtable, Smartlead, and Segment
• Build scoring and routing logic for outbound, referrals, and PLG signups
• Create custom dashboards (e.g. in Retool or GCP) for pipeline health and cohort performance
• Integrate product usage data with CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) for lifecycle campaigns
• Develop internal APIs and enrichment pipelines to power outbound personalization
• Collaborate directly with Growth, Product, and RevOps to move metrics, fast

You’re the kind of engineer who treats GTM like a system. You care about CAC, velocity, and compounding growth loops. You automate what others try to hire for.

What You Bring
• Strong engineering fundamentals (JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs)
• You’ve worked with GTM tools: Zapier is not enough. You’ve shipped real systems with n8n, Clay, or similar
• Comfortable owning pipeline logic, attribution rules, and integrations
• Bonus: Experience with HubSpot APIs, Smartlead/Instantly, Clearbit, OpenAI, webhooks, or enrichment models
