No Closet is looking for a talented and strategic Digital Marketing Generalist to aid our marketing team in email marketing, workflow automation, paid media, and reporting.
This role will focus on supporting the marketing and growth departments to develop, build, execute, and report on marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Growth to drive forward our digital acquisition marketing strategy.
Build and execute on integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and tactics.
End-to-end reporting on email marketing campaigns, paid media and paid search campaigns.
Alongside the Head of Marketing and Head of Growth, co-own the entire execution of the digital customer journey from acquisition to advocacy.
Assist with research and compiling data for proposals
Set up meetings with partners for co-marketing opportunities and on occasions, facilitate those meetings.
Skills & Requirements:
Have a general understanding of email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Have a general understanding of Paid Media and Paid Search marketing
Strong organizational skills required.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines at once and using a task management platform.
Multitasking and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness and ability to learn on a very steep learning curve!
Experience:
At least 1 year experience in digital marketing
College degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant degrees (preferred) or prior experience in the field.
