About the position:

JobPrepped is a fast-growing Digital Marketing Training + Immediate Work Experience Bootcamp that helps people get the marketing jobs they want by giving them the exact Work Experience they need on-demand. We believe people shouldn’t be stuck in jobs they hate because they aren’t given the opportunity they need to advance, so we give them everything they need on-demand so they can get the jobs they want much faster and for better pay.

We're looking to bring on a Founder/Chief Marketing Officer who likes to be in front of the camera, and likes to be creative as we have identified our next big area for growth is by growing our social media channels (TikTok, IG Reels, and Youtube Shorts) by creating daily organic short-form-video content. In the future, you can oversee the rest of our Marketing as well such as our SEO progress and our paid ads, but we need someone now who is capable of growing our social media first and foremost before turning our attention elsewhere as we’ve already identified this as our next huge area for growth.

*Responsibilities for our Founder/Chief Marketing Officer (CMO): *

  • Your attention initially will fully be on growing our social media accounts by recording 14 short-form-videos per week and repurposing them for TikTok, IG, and Youtube
  • Research what’s trending and create a strategy that will help the videos you create get as many views and engagement as possible within our niche (mostly posting Digital Marketing Tips)
  • Track analytics to see what’s working and what’s not in order to optimize performance
  • Tracking conversions from our social media accounts via our landing page
  • Provide weekly analytics reports showing how each social media accounts are performing
  • Managing our social media profiles and building an engaged community
  • Seeking out partnerships with others in our niche to help further grow these accounts
  • Editing your videos to make sure they fit each platform and what’s working on that platform
  • Hashtag research and writing captions for your content
  • Building a social media sales funnel that converts
  • Having fun and being creative!
  • Tracking our website traffic via Google Analytics to make informed decisions on how to further optimize our marketing efforts.
  • Once we are thriving on social media, you will be able to build out a social media team under you to take over the day-to-day operations so that you can oversee all other channels of our digital marketing efforts and start growing us elsewhere as well if you’d like. Or, if you want to stay within Social Media, that’s fine too as we know how important this area is for our business.
