Field & Channel Marketing Intern

The Opportunity

The Abnormal Security Field & Channel Marketing team handles all regional, national, and partner events, trade shows, and our own bespoke events. We work cross functionally with sales reps, marketing managers, content creators, and internal subject matter experts to deliver an amazing experience for our current and future customers. The Field & Channel Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting Field Marketing Managers with day to day activities in support of field events. The FCM intern will also be responsible for scoping and completing a field event resource project throughout the duration of their internship.

What you’ll do:

• Scope and execute a project intended to consolidate Field & Channel Marketing’s view of current and potential field events.
• Support FCM Managers plan and execute national, regional, and partner events.
• Assist managing projects in our marketing tools such as Asana, Salesforce, and Sigma.
• Assist with lead flow – cleaning and managing lead lists, templatizing for upload.
• Help FCM managers build outreach templates to assist with SDR outreach.
• Identify trends and themes across the team and recommend modifications to existing processes or, in some cases, the creation of new ones.

Experience you’ll need:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related fields.
• Have an interest in technology and cybersecurity.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to effectively handle and protect sensitive and confidential company information.
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving and organizational skills.
