What You’ll Do:
- Develop strategic plans, manage a portfolio of impactful executive events and programs including the advisories, lead executive programs and user engagements at our customer conference, contribute to our referral program, and drive upsell/cross sell opportunities.
- Ability to manage end to end of the event planning from sourcing venues to programming to presenting overview/agendas and moderating.
- Collaborate with Abnormal executives and sales leaders and work cross-functionally with field marketing, customer success, product and brand/creative to align to the broader organizational plans.
- Introduce new ideas and partner with multiple teams to meet the demands of a high growth organization.
- Work with our community manager supporting the formal referral program.
- Track and report results on customer insights, actionable metrics, and areas of improvement.
Experience You’ll Need:
- 10-15 years professional marketing experience with 5+ years managing executive and user programs, and ideally 2-3 years global executive programs experience
- Excellent leadership communication skills with experience working closely with executives (C Suite, AVP, VPs) both internally and externally
- Passion for ideating to provide the best customer experience resulting in high customer engagement
- Strong program management with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Very agile, ability to pivot quickly and multi-task effectively to execute on new priorities for customers and the business
- Roll up sleeves leadership style to deliver against objectives to achieve outstanding results
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce and quick learner of new technologies
- Willingness to travel
- Experience at a technology company and/or start up is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
