We are looking for a results-oriented and customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager to lead our fast growing company. In this position, you will work cross-functionally with the executive team. The primary responsibility of this role is to bring our product to life and determine how to position Staax in the fintech market.You will not only be responsible for messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies, but will also be the leader of the strategic marketing planning. An ideal candidate strives to constantly unlock insights about our customers and competitors to increase our conversion rate optimization. As one of the first hires in the developing team, you'll get hands-on experience to lead and strategize where the company will go.
You will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on the business and work closely with the team to set and meet business KPIs. You know our competitors like the back of your hand: what they do today and what they plan to do in the future. You also know our customers better than they know themselves, including how they make their decisions. You back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and empowers our marketing channels to be successful.
*Responsibilities/ What you will do *
Messaging: work with the stakeholders to keep our acquisition and lifecycle marketing internal and external messaging up to date, especially competitively differentiated from our competitors
Positioning: determine Staax’s current and ideal future position in the market
Promotions: create marketing strategies that describe the product's positioning and promotion across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns) to optimize Customer Acquisition Cost, and retention rate – includes discounts, offers, and referrals, etc.
Go to market plans: develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launch, product roadmap)
Monitor: Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
Requirements /Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years working in product marketing, product management, strategy consulting or go-to-market experience
Self-starter with the ability to build programs from scratch; be ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done
Experience in digital marketing (social media), ad operations, analytics, customer relationship management, and/or strategy consulting, product marketing tactics (integrated marketing campaigns)
Working knowledge with marketing automation tools
Powerful storyteller; written, verbal, and visual-Background in design and copywriting is a plus
Interested in personal finance and building generational wealth is a plus
Experience working in technology, fintech or B2C companies is preferred
Bsc/BA in Marketing, communications or similar field
