We’re currently actively expanding our footprint globally. SpotDraft is used by big brands such as HDFC and Nomura, as well as fast-growing global startups like PhonePe, UnAcademy, Cred, Whatfix, Chargebee, MPL, and many more.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Learn, leverage, and help evolve our demand generation process
- Identify target markets, qualified prospects & key decision-makers in accounts across different geographies. Create and prioritize strategic target account lists.
- Cold-call or email decision-makers in prospect accounts to set up meetings and product demos
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion. Run experiments on different sales approaches
- Handle initial contact with new prospects and build relationships through outbound prospecting and marketing activity – digital and social media, events, campaigns, queries, email, webinars etc – ultimately converting these to sales qualified opportunities
- Manage the CRM for processing opportunities, tracking leads, tasks, and conducting proactive follow-ups
- Train and mentor other members of the sales team
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- 4+ years of experience in a sales role at a fast-growing company; proven remote sales experience with SaaS enterprise-level customers in foreign markets (especially North America, UK, and Singapore) preferred
- Ability to map an account and navigate through it to find the right people to sell to
- Team-first mentality and growth mindset are a must.
