Core Responsibilities:
Our environment is very fast-paced, and requires someone who is highly enthusiastic, flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams and management. The Business Development Manager is an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver, and is able to balance the needs and requirements of both Genie Bazaar and strategic vendors. He or she must be able to effectively engage with customer to pitch Genie Bazaar’s value proposition, convince them to use our platform and provide tailored on-boarding support.
- Generate Leads via Linkedin and other portals
- Presenting our product to clients
- Create list of potential clients. Qualify leads and co-ordinate with sales team to convert them to buying customers.
- Effectively communicate with leaders of customer's organization. Be fast paced and roll up sleeves for closing the client.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required
- Top notch customer sales skills required · 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, buying, account management, financial analysis and/or marketing preferably in eCommerce, retail or technology industries · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong writing and speaking skills · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and time management · Proficient in Excel · Proactive attitude, detail oriented, and a team player · Proven analytical skills – ability to analyze large data sets to make strategic decisions
