The Role
RocketReach is in a period of rapid growth and we are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will join us on the RocketReach team! You will be an integral part of building our inbound and outbound sales process as well as establishing our culture on the sales side of the organization. The addressable market for this role is huge, and the right salesperson will be able to dive in, execute, and create structure in a quickly growing sales environment.

What You Get To Do
- Qualify inbound lead traffic leading to high quality meetings for the appropriate sales teams
- High volume of outbound calling, emails and multi-touch campaigns to underserved customer accounts
- Anticipate and overcome objections
- Partner with AE's to identify and source new pipeline that leads to closed revenue
- Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if RocketReach can be a strategic investment for their business’ growth
- Build trust and reliability with both internal and external stakeholders
We are Looking For People Who
- 1+ years of relevant professional experience (Required)
- Experience outbound prospecting and cold-calling
- Experience working in a SAAS, B2B, and Start-up environment
- Measurable and proven track record of success
- Driven, scrappy, and determined to grow a career in sales
- A top performer in your current role, and feel motivated by quarterly goals
- Are excited to be a part of and have an impact on a rapidly growing, profitable startup
- Work collaboratively with marketing, and product to introduce and educate clients on new enhancements to RocketReach's platform
